Connecting Survivors and Families to Community Resources...Making A Difference in People's Lives
We welcome you to the TBIoptions program. Perhaps you are a survivor of traumatic brain injury, or a family member or caregiver of a survivor. Maybe you are a health or human services professional, a member of the military, or maybe you are a neighbor of a survivor interested in learning more. Our goal is to help you identify, locate, and contact potentially helpful organizations in your local community in Kansas to promote successful living.
To access community resources, go to STEPS: Start Here for more information OR simply click on the Resource Map of Kansas.
TBIoptions is a program of the School of Family Studies and Human Services at Kansas State University, and K-State Research and Extension.
We also encourage you to explore TBIoptions: Advancing Your Professional Knowledge as an online program for two hours of continuing education units through Kansas State University.
Financial support is provided by the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and by grant H21MC06764 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau.
